1. Instruction:
This line is mainly used for producing single-layer/multi-layer co-extruded CPP, CPE, CEVA flat film and high barrier film with PA and EVOH. Cast film production lines produced by Junjia company gives well supplement to soft packaging making extrusion equipment. The cast film produced by means of cooling roller finds broad fields of application due to following features:

1) Extruder machine from 50 mm in diameter to 150 mm, length-diameter ratio for 30/32/34.
2) 1 to 9 layer Co-extrusion, the biggest width of die mouth 5000mm.
3) production ability about 800kgs/h.
4) Products width 1000mm to 4700 mm.
5) Products thinckness 0.02~0.12 mm error ¡Ü3%.
6) winding diameter: 800mm~1000mm mercury column.
7) rolling speed ¡Ü240 m/ minutes.
8) Max machine race speed: About 250m/min.
9) Main resin categories: : -Polypropylene - Polythene - Nylon - PEVA - EVOH.
